All people in the United States, regardless of immigration status, have certain rights and protections under the U.S. Constitution. The Immigrant Legal Resource Center’s Red Cards help people assert their rights and defend themselves in many situations, such as when ICE agents go to a home. Rapid response network
The Central Coast Immigrant Rights Coalition has created a rapid response network for anybody who is being detained or in imminent danger of being detained. There are resources and a 24/7 hotline that can be called for assistance.

The mission of the Immigrant Legal Defense Center is to provide equal access to justice and due process to indigent immigrants. They educate the community on immigrant issues and can help provide legal representation for detained immigrants.

Legal Aid Foundation of Santa Barbara County is a non-profit law firm that provides free legal assistance to Santa Barbara County residents.
